What if the only thing standing between you and the business you dream of...is being a better boss to yourself?
Executive Functioning Coaching for Women Entrepreneurs with ADHD
You’re amazing at what you do. Here’s how to make running your business feel that way too:
As a multi-passionate woman entrepreneur who cares deeply about your work, you’ve got the passion, expertise, and drive to grow your business. But behind the scenes, you’re overwhelmed, juggling too much, and feeling like you’re constantly falling short.
You imagined entrepreneurship would give you more freedom, more flexibility, and more time with your family.
Instead… it feels like you have 37 (amazing) project ideas buzzing around your brain at all times, getting started on anything feels impossible - especially if you have ADHD.
No one warned you that entrepreneurship is 10% doing you what you actually enjoy and 90% managing your time, energy, priorities, and mindset.
You had no idea how many decisions you’d make daily: what to work on, what to start, what to ignore, when to stop.
Have you said any of these before?
“I have a million ideas and projects I’m excited about!”
You’ll go “all in” on something - full hyperfocus mode - only to have it drop off the radar before you take it across the finish line.
“Why is being self-employed so hard for me when it seems so easy for everyone else?”
There’s constant shame, guilt, and negative self-talk running through your brain, leaving you frustrated and stuck.
“It has to be perfect, or there’s no point in doing it at all.”
You spend way too much time on things trying to get them to be perfect. You want to do your best work, but this isn’t sustainable.
“I’m so overwhelmed. There’s so much to keep track of. How do I even decide what to start on?”
You have lots of great ideas & to-do lists everywhere, but you freeze when it’s time to take action.
”I have no idea what to do with my free time.”
That flexibility you wanted? Now it feels like pressure. You don’t know what to work on, when to stop, or if you’re using your time well.
”Running my business is lonely.”
Your friends and family support you—but they don’t understand what it’s like to run a business.
You deserve to be the “World’s Best Boss” (to yourself)
I didn’t plan to be an entrepreneur. In 2020, I accidentally started my business and left my full-time job as a social worker at a nonprofit. I’d been working part-time as an executive function coach since 2013—I knew how to coach, but I had no idea how run a business!
But running a business? Leading myself? Managing an open calendar with no built-in structure? That was a whole different skill set.
I’ll never forget my first day being fully self-employed:
I had a few client sessions and then….A giant, open, terrifyingly empty afternoon.
“What should I do with this time?” Start a new idea? Work on my newsletter? Plan a project? Stop for the day?
Even as an executive function coach with strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills, I felt stuck.
For a long time, I joked:“I’m the best boss and the worst boss.”
But it wasn’t a joke.I was the best boss when I took the dogs for a walk in the middle of the day or ate lunch on my deck. I was the worst boss when I was working late into the night, “shoulding” myself for not getting enough done, and comparing myself to other businesses on Instagram.
I didn’t leave my 9-5 to be treated the way I was treating myself, to be building a business in an unsustainable way, to be constantly hustling.
And you didn’t either.
Imagine…
Starting & finishing the things that have been on your mind & to-do list forever
Feeling confident taking action on things that used to overwhelm & paralyze you
Working more efficiently & leaving work at work (no more late nights or weekends!)
Feeling calm, confident, and excited to work on your business
Spending more time with your family and friends because you finally have more free time and energy
Here's how I became a better boss to myself:
Being a great boss to myself is an on going work in progress. I am constantly noticing how I think about “productivity,” my self-worth, and how I take action in my business.
It’s taken time, reflection, and practice to create systems that I love & that work for me. I still catch myself in perfectionism and procrastination loops because that’s part of being human - but I have a toolbox that I can lean on when I need it.
In my 11+ years of coaching, I’ve worked with clients who have tried over, and over, and over again to use tools & strategies that don’t work for them because they didn’t have the time, energy, or resources to figure out what would work for them.
It’s not about more willpower or trying harder. Or even getting a new planner, app, or color-coded calendar.
What actually works is having supportive self-talk, systems that work for your brain, community you can lean on.
That’s why I created this small group coaching program, so you have access to resources, strategies, coaching, and like-minded women business owners you can connect with when you’re feeling stuck.
The Framework for Neurodivergent, Overwhelmed Business Owners to Get Unstuck
This isn’t a “one-size fits all” strategy - this is formula we will customize to fit you, your business, and your season of life
#1: Self-Talk
Notice your inner critic and reframe it. Replace guilt, shame, imposter syndrome and perfectionism with supportive, action-oriented thinking.
#2: Systems
Plan, prioritize, and structure your time in a way that actually works for your brain. Understand what to do when systems aren’t working for you and when it’s time to adapt.
#3: Support
Stay motivated and on track with live coaching, hot seat calls, and a supportive group of fellow women entrepreneurs who “get it.” You don’t have to do this alone anymore!
If you’re thinking, “I’ve tried everything and it never works.” Let me ask you, have you used this formula before?
I’m guessing you’ve maybe tried one or two together, but not all three.

Your Life Changing Transformation Starts Here
I watched clients have “AHA” moments time and time again.
Meet Jean, who reached out to learn about coaching when she was feeling overwhelmed with how many goals and projects she was trying to accomplish in her art business:
Client Testimonial
“As a creative, I am constantly coming up with new ideas for projects. I felt that I needed some direction on finding a system or strategy that would help me focus.
Sarah’s thoroughness, intuitiveness, and humor was comforting from the start. Sarah guides you through this process in a way that feels right. It’s not overwhelming & I believe that is a reflection on her ability to sense what strategies will suit you and your lifestyle resulting in successfully reaching your goals.
After working with Sarah, I can now recognize what I need to do in the moment, where in the past I used to feel stuck. The tools Sarah has given me have not only helped me reach my business goals, they have aided me in life and I have them to refer to from now on.”
After 3 months of working together, Jean:
Signed two licensing deals & had multiple pop-up events.
Created a new art collection in addition to starting a part-time job in a gallery
Feels confident with her ability to create a schedule that allows for the right mix of structure & flexibility so she can work with energy & not avoid burnout as a creative entrepreneur.
If you’ve tried business coaching before, you already know: more strategies, more marketing ideas, and more “proven systems” don’t help if you can’t implement them consistently.
That’s because traditional business coaching focuses on what to do. This isn’t that.
Executive function coaching focuses on how you get yourself to do it.
This program works when everything else hasn’t because we’re not adding more to your plate — we’re helping you finally understand why your plate has felt too full in the first place.
Here’s what makes this different:
1. Overwhelm, procrastination, inconsistency, and perfectionism aren’t character flaws — they’re executive functioning challenges.
When you understand what’s really going on in your brain, you can work with it instead of constantly fighting yourself.
2. You don’t need more ideas — you need systems that fit your brain.
You already have plenty of vision, creativity, and goals. What’s missing is a way to organize your time, energy, and tasks so you can actually follow through. I help you create a structure that feels supportive, flexible, and doable — not rigid or punishing.
3. You learn how to make decisions, prioritize, and take action… even when you’re overwhelmed.
Business coaching tells you what to prioritize. Executive function coaching teaches you how to prioritize in real time, across competing responsibilities, when your brain is tired, or when life gets chaotic.
4. This isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about breaking the burnout cycle.
Many of my clients have tried “hustle harder” approaches. They work for a minute… until they don’t. My framework helps you build sustainable habits based on your actual capacity, not unrealistic expectations.
5. This is coaching for your brain, your life, and your business — all working together.
Because you can have the best business plan in the world…but if you’re overwhelmed, frozen, or stuck in shame spirals, you’ll never be able to execute it consistently.
When you strengthen your executive function skills, everything else becomes easier — decision-making, planning, follow-through, and even the confidence you feel in your business.

Do I need to have an ADHD diagnosis to participate?
This group is geared towards neurodivergent women business owners, but you do not need a diagnosis to benefit. If you struggle with executive functioning (time management, prioritizing, planning, starting tasks), this is designed for you.
What type of business owner is this group the best fit for?
Established women business owners & service providers. You’ve been in business for at least a year (probably longer). Your business is successful - you’re marketing, making sales, and have a clear vision for your business, but you’re struggling with managing your time, prioritizing, and taking action on all the amazing ideas you have.
Who is this group not a fit for?
Business owners who are just starting out or who are primarily looking for business coaching. Women looking for “cookie cutter” strategies, shortcuts, or quick fixes. Women who are not ready to be open & vulnerable in a supportive group setting.
Is this business coaching?
No, this is not business coaching. I am not a business coach. We will not be focusing on “business systems” like sales, marketing, or branding. We will be focusing on executive function systems like time management, prioritizing, and planning. If you are looking for business coaching - this is not the right fit.
When will we meet?
Tuesdays - the time will be decided as a group (between 11am EST-3pm EST)
What if I can’t attend the live calls?
If you are only going to miss 1 or 2, no worries! They will be recorded & uploaded to a private podcast feed or google drive folder. If you anticipate missing more than a few, this group isn’t the right fit for you. The magic is in the live calls.
What if I’m busy or I’m worried this isn’t the right time to commit to a group?
There is never going to be the “perfect” time to do something or a “normal week.” By committing to this group & learning how to work with your brain - you create more free time and energy.
Is there a self-paced course or library of resources?
Nope! I know you’re busy - you will get everything you need in the live calls & in the Slack channel. If you’re someone who loves self-paced learning or homework assignments - I’ll happily share more resources with you.
How do I know if this is the right fit for me?
Apply & let’s schedule a free 30 chat to make sure it’s a good fit! Everyone who joins the group will go through an application & discovery call process to make sure it’s a good fit!
Are You Ready to Stop Spinning Your Wheels and Start Moving Forward?
Take the first step toward clarity, focus, and sustainable action. Build your life-first business with less overwhelm.
