Hi, I’m Sarah!
I’ve been coaching professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, & perfectionists for 10 years.
I used to proudly call myself a perfectionist, but I don’t anymore. It took a lot of self-reflection, self-compassion, and practice to change how I think about “productivity,” my self-worth, and how I do things.
I used to overanalyze, stress out, and spend wayyyyy too much time on things because I wanted them to be perfect. It served me well academically & professionally, but I eventually realized that it wasn’t healthy or sustainable. I was putting myself in a box and working in a way that didn’t work for me.
It’s taken time, reflection, and practice to create systems that I love & that work for me. I still catch myself in perfectionism and procrastination loops because that’s part of being human - but I have a toolbox that I can lean on when I need it.
In my 10 years of coaching, I’ve worked with clients who have tried over, and over, and over again to use tools & strategies that don’t work for them because they didn’t have the time, energy, or resources to figure out what would work for them.

Co-Working Sessions
Come get things done with support and accountability. Need to send a stressful email, fold that dreaded pile of laundry, or plan your week? Come do it in a coworking session. Cameras are off while we work.

Here you’ll find weekly check-in questions, a place to get and give support, additional resource sharing, and opportunities to connect with other members.

This is an ADHD/ neurodivergent-friendly membership.
As an executive functioning coach, the majority of my clients have ADHD (diagnosed or self-diagnosed).
You do not need to have a diagnosis to participate in this membership.
My coaching style, the content, and the resources in this course will all be presented in multiple different ways to account for different learning styles.

The live workshops & hot seat coaching calls are on Wednesdays at 3pm ET/ 12PM PST.
Co-working is either Monday or Thursday 12-2pm ET/ 9am-11am PST. -
All workshops & coaching calls are recorded - you can watch the replay when it fits for you!

This membership is not intended to be 1:1 coaching, however, there are opportunities to ask questions and get support specific to your needs in workshops & hot seat coaching. Members who ask questions in the community chat, show up to live calls, and are active members do get individualized support.
